闭式冷却塔传热面积的计算分析--利用Matlab软件编程快速求解 被引量:2

摘要 为解决实际工程问题,根据用户需求来合理设计、安装封闭式冷却塔,简化并较精确地求解出闭式冷却塔所需的换热面积;首先对闭式冷却塔传热传质机理进行了探讨,然后根据闭式冷却塔数学模型、传热传质微分方程的求解过程,编制了Matlab计算程序,由用户根据实际需求输入相应参数,即可得出与之需求相匹配的传热面积。简化工程做法、满足工程需求,避免了传热面积的不匹配造成的浪费或制冷不足的现象。最后,以济南100t冷却塔为实例,运用编制的程序计算所需传热面积;根据济南当地实际装机冷却塔情况与厂家设备说明书验证求解过程,验证结果表明所求传热面积与实际基本相符。 In order to solve the practical engineering problems,the closed cooling tower is designed and installed reasonably according to the user's needs,and the heat exchange area required by the closed cooling tower is simplified and accurately solved.Firstly,the heat and mass transfer mechanism of the closed cooling tower is discussed,and then according to the mathematical model of the closed cooling tower and the solution process of heat and mass transfer differential equation,the matlab calculation program is compiled According to the actual demand,the heat transfer area matching the demand can be obtained by inputting corresponding parameters.By simplifying the engineering practice and meeting the engineering requirements,the waste or insufficient cooling caused by the mismatch of heat transfer area is avoided.Finally,according to the actual installed cooling tower in Jinan and the manufacturer's equipment specification,the verification results show that the heat transfer area is basically consistent with the actual situation.
