气固单螺带搅拌反应器的压力特性

摘要 研究了气固单螺带搅拌反应器的压力特性,发现由于搅拌的作用,压力呈现规律的周期性波动,经过快速傅里叶变换得到的频谱表明信号主频与搅拌转速一致。气体分布器能够有效地将气体分散到全床。随着气速的增大,搅拌功率明显分为两个区,且以气速0.028 m/s为操作条件的分界点。 The pressure characteristics of a gas-solid single ribbon stirred reactor are studied.It is found that the pressure presents regular periodic fluctuations due to the stirring effect.The frequency spectrum obtained by fast Fourier transform shows that the dominant frequency of the signal is consistent with the stirring speed.The gas distributor can effectively disperse the gas to the whole bed.With the increase of gas velocity,the stirring power is clearly divided into two zones,and the gas velocity 0.028 m/s is the demarcation point of the operating conditions.
