摘要
对东北某袜业园印染废水处理提标改造工程案例进行论述,选用一体化Fenton氧化与滤布滤池联合对混合印染废水进行处理,出水水质从《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—1992)表3中一级排放标准提升至《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中一级A标准。该工艺具有较强的耐冲击负荷能力,相对稳定的出水水质,具备良好的应用价值。
The case of a printing and dyeing wastewater treatment upgrading project in a sock industry park in Northeast China is discussed.The integrated Fenton oxidation and cloth media filter are used to treat the mixed printing and dyeing wastewater.The effluent quality is upgraded from first-class emission standard in Table 3 of"Discharge standard of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry"(GB 4287—1992)to first-class A discharge standard of"Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant"(GB 18918—2002).The process has strong impact load resistance,relatively stable effluent quality and good application value.
