进口硫化精矿在长距离运输过程中的氧化对到岸品位的影响

Effect of Oxidation of Imported Sulfide Concentrates on Landed Grade during Long-distance Transport

矿产资源是人类社会发展最重要的物质基础。为适应我国经济快速发展的需要,21世纪以来进口矿产品种类与数量皆呈现快速增长。由此,在矿产品离岸与到岸品位的检测结果上易出现差异并造成经济纠纷。造成这种差异的原因可能是多样的,但长途运输过程中矿产品的氧化作用是不可忽视的最常见原因。以矿物组成不同的铜精矿为例,说明运输期间铜硫化物的氧化对精矿品位的明显影响。

Mineral resource is the most important material basis of human society progress.For meeting the needs of rapid economic development in China,the variety and quantity of imported mineral products have increased rapidly since the beginning of the 21st century.Thus,the dissension resulted from difference of data detected between offshore and landed is often present.The reasons for the disagreement may be varied,but the oxidation of concentrates during the long-distance transport is the most common and considerable one.This study take some copper concentrates,which are different in mineral constituents,as an example to explain the obvious effect of oxidation on grade of copper in the concentrate shipping process.
