摘要
某低品位铜钼矿含Cu 0.287%、Mo 0.0291%,铜氧化率35.64%,钼氧化率13.69%,属于低品位氧化铜矿。为综合利用该矿产资源,开展了“铜钼混合浮选”、“等可浮选”等不同工艺流程方案的对比试验,并从试验指标、药剂成本及可操作性方面进行了对比分析,确定了铜钼混合浮选-铜钼分离为适合该矿石性质的最优工艺。原矿在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占68.63%的条件下,经过一粗二扫三精再分离的简单工艺流程,获得了Cu品位为19.25%、Mo含量为0.216%,Cu回收率为80.00%的铜精矿和Mo品位为48.24%、Cu含量为1.13%,Mo回收率为65.21%的钼精矿,实现了矿石中铜、钼的有效综合回收。
A low-grade copper-molybdenum ore contains Cu 0.287%,Mo 0.0291%,the oxidation rate of copper is 35.64%and the oxidation rate of molybdenum is 13.69%,which belongs to low-grade copper oxide ore.In order to make comprehensive use of the mineral resources,the comparative tests on copper-molybdenum bulk flotation and iso-flotation were carried out,and the test indexes,reagent cost and operability were compared and analyzed.It was determined that the copper-molybdenum bulk flotation-Cu&Mo separation was the optimal process suitable for the ore properties.Copper concentrate with Cu grade of 19.25%,Mo content of 0.216%and Cu recovery of 80.00%and molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 48.24%,Cu content of 1.13%,Mo recovery is 65.21%can be obtained by the simple process of one rougher,two scavengers and three cleaners when the grinding fineness of the raw ore is 68.63%-0.074mm,which can realize the recovery of copper and molybdenum effectively and comprehensively in the ore.
