新疆某低品位铜铅锌多金属硫化矿浮选分离试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 根据新疆某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿石性质特点,确定了铜铅锌顺序优先浮选的原则工艺流程。铜浮选通过T9与活性炭配合使用,有效吸附了回水中的剩余药剂和有害离子,消除了回水使用对浮选的不良影响,同时通过高效选择性捕收剂A5的使用,实现了铜铅的优先浮选分离,获得了较好的经济技术指标:铜精矿铜品位18.23%,含铅6.21%,含锌7.39%,铜回收率为71.30%,铜回收率得到较大幅度提高,铅、锌含量明显降低。该试验研究为低品位铜铅锌类型矿石资源的开发利用提供了技术依据。 According to the characteristics of a copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore in Xinjiang,the principle process of sequential selective flotation of copper,lead and zinc was determined.The residual reagent and harmful ions in the backwater were effectively adsorbed by using T9combined with activated carbon to eliminate the adverse effect of backwater on the flotation,and the high efficient selective collector A5was used,the selective flotation separation of copper and lead has been realized,and better economic and technical indexes have been obtained in which Cu grade of copper concentrate is 18.23%,the content of lead and zinc is 6.21%and 7.39%,and the recovery of copper is 71.30%.The recovery of copper concentrate is greatly improved,and the contents of lead and zinc in copper concentrate are significantly reduced.The experimental study provides a technical basis for the development and utilization of low grade copper-lead-zinc ore resources.
