新型抑制剂BK520在铜铅分离中的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对铜铅矿物表面性质相似,可浮性相近,造成铜铅分离困难的问题。选用环保型高效选择性抑制剂BK520,对某铜铅混合精矿进行铜铅分离试验研究。研究发现,BK520的使用有效降低铅精矿中铜的含量,获得了铅品位74.85%、铅作业回收率92.79%、铜含量2.61%的铅精矿和铜品位21.23%,铜作业回收率89.86%、铅含量5.34%的铜精矿。 The separation of copper and lead is difficult because of the similar surface properties and floatability of copper and lead minerals.The separation of copper and lead from a copper-lead bulk concentrate was studied by using an environment-friendly and high-efficiency selective depressant BK520.The results showed that the use of BK520effectively reduced the copper content in lead concentrate,and obtained lead concentrate with Pb grade of 74.85%,Pb recovery of 92.79%and Cu content of 2.61%,and copper concentrate with Cu grade of 21.23%,Cu recovery of 89.86%and Pb content of 5.34%.
