摘要
针对新能源领域中对高增益、高效率直流升压变换器的需求,结合有源网络和级联型变换器的特点,提出了一种基于有源网络的后级联型Boost变换器。首先对所提变换器中的有源网络进行了介绍,随后就该新型变换器的工作原理及其性能特性进行了理论分析与公式推导,并就其部分性能特性与其他常见直流升压变换器进行了对比研究。对比结果表明该新型变换器具有电压增益高、开关管和二极管电压应力小的特点。最终通过实验证明了该新型变换器的有效性。
Aimed at the demand of high-gain and high-efficiency DC boost converters in the field of new energy,a post-cascade Boost converter based on active network is proposed by combining the characteristics of active network and cascade converters.First,the active network in the proposed converter is introduced.Then,the theoretical analysis and formula derivation of the working principle for the novel converter and its performance characteristics are carried out,and some of its performance characteristics are compared with those of other common DC boost converters.The comparison results show that the novel converter has characteristics of high voltage gain and small voltage stress in the switching tube and the diode.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed converter was proved by experiments.
