基于ESIA理论的院前心血管急救服务系统优化设计研究

THE STUDY OF OPTIMAL DESIGN OF PREHOSPITAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE SYSTEM OF HEART AND BLOOD VESSELS BASED ON ESIA THEORY

随着人口老龄化加剧,我国心血管疾病发病率逐年提升,占居民的疾病死亡构成达到40%以上。我国的医疗急救模式正在由“急救—医院”向“急救—社区—医院”的新三级服务模式转变。本文首先阐述了我国院前急救系统以及ESIA理论应用现状,其次运用ESIA理论对急救流程进行优化,最后提出院前心血管监测急救一体化服务系统设计方案。通过本文的研究,以期利用ESIA理论能够为服务系统设计带来新的思考角度。

With the aging of the population,the incidence of cardiovascular diseases in China has increased year by year,accounting for more than 40%of the deaths of residents.China's medical first aid model is changing from"emergency-hospital"to"first aid-community-hospital"of the new three-level service model.This paper first expounds the current situation of the application of the pre-hospital emergency system and ESIA theory in China,then uses the ESIA theory to optimize the first aid process,and finally puts forward the design scheme of the integrated service system for pre-hospital cardiovascular monitoring and first aid.Through the research of this paper,it is hoped that the ESIA theory can bring a new thinking angle to the service system design.
