CANTONESE cuisine,or Yue cuisine,originated and developed in China’s southern coastal province of Guangdong.Located in a subtropical zone with fertile land and abundant rainfall,the province is luxuriantly green all year round and naturally endowed with ingredients for cooking,thus enabling local chefs to develop a slew of delicacies.
