脑卒中后上肢痉挛的无创性康复治疗研究

Study on Non-invasive Rehabilitation Treatment of Upper Limb Spasm After Stroke

脑卒中是一种全球性的、高发病率、高患病率、高致残率的脑血管疾病,上肢痉挛是脑卒中常见后遗症之一。目前,卒中后上肢痉挛的治疗方法主要包括药物治疗(口服巴氯芬或者替扎尼定、肉毒素注射等)和非药物治疗,而非药物治疗中的非侵入性治疗是近年来治疗卒中后上肢痉挛的热点。基于此,本文主要对目前国内外应用广泛的卒中后上肢功能障碍的无创性康复治疗方法进行综述,旨在为卒中后上肢痉挛的治疗提供更好的方向。

Stroke is a global cerebrovascular disease with high incidence,high prevalence and high disability.Spasm of the upper limbs is one of the common sequelae of stroke.At present,the treatment of upper limb spasm after stroke mainly includes drug therapy(oral baclofen or tizanidine,botulinum toxin injection,etc.)and non-drug therapy.Non-invasive treatment in non-drug therapy is the treatment of post-stroke in recent years.Hot spots of upper limb spasms.Based on this,this article mainly reviews the widely used non-invasive rehabilitation treatment methods for upper limb dysfunction after stroke at home and abroad,aiming to provide a better direction for the treatment of upper limb spasticity after stroke.
