组织场域视角下儿童保护类社会组织资源整合机制探索——以昆明市为例

Mechanism Exploration on Resource Integration of Social Organizations inChild Protection from the Perspective of Organizational Field

随着儿童保护体系建设的推进,儿童保护类社会组织资源的发掘和利用成为社会工作研究的新旨趣。儿童保护类社会组织在政策环境支持下发展较快,但存在组织资源分散、专业能力不足、服务碎片化等问题,难以适应日益复杂化和多元化的儿童保护服务需求。基于组织场域理论视角,从文化认知系统发展、关系系统建构、集体行动倡导、组织模型创新等方面探索构建儿童保护类社会组织的资源整合机制,以促进资源的有效集中和系统整合。

With the development of child protection system,it has become a new direction for social work study to explore and utilize the resources of social organizations in child protection.At present,social organizations in child protection are developing rapidly under the support of state policy.However,there are some problems,such as scattered resources,insufficient professional competence and piecemeal services,that make it difficult for those organizations to meet the increasingly complicated and diversified demand for child protection services.Based on the perspective of the organizational field theory,this article explores the mechanism of resource integration of social organizations in child protection in terms of developing cultural-cognition system,construction of relation system,advocacy of collective action and innovation of the organization model,so as to promote the effective concentration and systematic integration of resources.
