基于模型库脱粒装置交互式工程分析系统 被引量:3

摘要 针对联合收获机脱粒装置工程分析过程中,对用户专业知识水平要求高、操作繁琐、模型跨平台转换费时、效率较低等问题,研究一种交互式工程分析系统,通过人机交互方式作静态与模态分析,在保证分析准确性前提下适应用户群体更广泛,并大幅提高分析效率,缩短研发周期。基于联合收获机脱粒与清选装置参数化模型库,以纹杆滚筒式脱粒装置为例,分析其在工作状态下涉及工程分析边界条件;采用基于.NET框架可视化编程语言Visual Basic,利用CATIA(Computer aided tri-dimensional interactive application)二次开发接口,自动化对象编程CATIA Automation技术,结合Windows API函数与光学字符识别方法,实现对在参数化模型库中变型得到的定制化模型交互式工程分析。测试表明该系统准确度高,操作简便高效,为联合收获机整机智能化设计平台建立提供重要共性关键技术,同时为解决该类问题提供一种通用方法。 Aiming at the engineering analysis process of the combine harvester threshing device,which requires high professional knowledge of users,cumbersome operation,time-consuming and low efficiency of model cross-platform conversion,an interactive engineering analysis system was studied,and human-computer interaction was used to perform static and Modal analysis was used,so as to adapt to a wider user group under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of analysis,and greatly improve the efficiency of analysis and shorten the development cycle.Based on the parametric model library of the threshing and cleaning device of the combine harvester,taking the bar drum type threshing device as an example,the boundary conditions involved in engineering analysis under the working state were analyzed;the visual programming language Visual Basic based on the.NET framework was adopted,using Computer aided tri-dimensional interactive application secondary development interface,automation object programming CATIA Automation technology,combined with Windows API functions and optical character recognition methods,to achieve interactive engineering analysis of customized models obtained by variants in the parameterized model library.Tests showed that the system had high accuracy,simple and efficient operation,and provided important common key technologies for the establishment of an intelligent design platform for the combine harvester,and provided a general method for solving such problems.
