This paper offers comments and suggestions on the way of formulating the 14th five-year plan for science and technology development of Jiangxi Province based on perspectives of problem orientation,perspectiveness,regional competitiveness,cooperation,digital revolution,industry chain,innovation ecology,economic efficiency,talent first and target-focusing.
