问题解决导向的生涯发展指导课程设计与教学策略 被引量：1

摘要 2019年国务院办公厅公布了《关于新时代推进普通高中育人方式改革的指导意见》,指出要加强学生发展指导,提升发展指导的实效性。实效性问题是当前学生生涯发展指导课程存在的主要问题。有效的生涯发展指导课应该能够回应学生发展需求,解决学生实际的生涯发展问题。一、生涯发展指导课的实效性问题有教师反映学生并不喜欢生涯发展主题的指导课,"学生不喜欢谈论未来""学生对生涯规划并不感兴趣",这样的反馈在笔者的调研中并不少见。
