摘要
研究了塑钢带用聚酯切片特性黏度的测试。通过对分析测试过程中溶剂、称样量、样品粉碎、溶样方式、溶样温度、溶样时间等因素的分析,找出了影响该产品特性黏度测试的因素,并据此对测试条件进行优化与改进。试验结果表明:当溶剂密度控制在(1.236~1.238)g/cm ^(3)范围内,样品粉碎时间40 s,称样量选择(70~90)mg,溶样时采用油浴溶样且温度控制在(110±5)℃的范围内,溶样时间控制在30 min以内,塑钢带用聚酯切片特性黏度测试结果的平行性、稳定性以及准确度都得到很大提高。
The test of intrinsic viscosity of polyester chip for plastic steel strip was studied.Through the analysis of solvent,sample weight,sample crushing,sample dissolving method,sample dissolving temperature,sample dissolving time and other factors in the process of analysis and test,the factors influencing the intrinsic viscosity test of the product were found out,and the test conditions were optimized and improved accordingly.The experimental results show that when the solvent density is controlled in the range of(1.236~1.238)g/cm^(3),the sample crushing time is 40 s,the sample weight is(70~90)mg,the sample is dissolved in oil bath,and the temperature is controlled in the range of(110±5)℃,the sample dissolution time is controlled in 30 s The parallelism,stability and accuracy of the test results of intrinsic viscosity of polyester chips for plastic steel strip are greatly improved.
