小切口阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Small Incision Appendectomy for Acute Appendicitis

目的探讨急性阑尾炎应用小切口阑尾炎切除术的临床效果。方法方便选取该院在2018年9月—2019年9月期间收治90例急性阑尾炎患者,采用随机法分为参照组与研究组,每组45例患者,采用传统阑尾切除术为参照组,采用小切口阑尾切除术为研究组,对比研究组与参照组患者手术情况(手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、拆线时间、住院时间)、伤口愈合情况以及术后并发症发生率。结果研究组患者手术时间(31.22±3.68)min、术中出血量(10.25±3.12)mL、切口长度(2.11±1.02)cm、拆线时间(5.32±0.68)d、住院时间(5.41±0.76)d均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=14.732、11.958、21.559、7.988、8.254,P<0.001);研究组患者甲级愈合率88.88%显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.000,P<0.001);研究组患者术后并发症发生率4.44%显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.283,P=0.007)。结论急性阑尾炎患者应用小切口阑尾炎切除术可以有效减少患者术中出血量,缩短住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率,可以促进患者快速恢复,具有临床使用以及推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of small incision appendicitis resection for acute appendicitis.Methods 90 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly conveniently selected and divided into a reference group and a study group,with 45 patients in each group,using traditional appendectomy as the reference group.Small incision appendectomy was adopted the study group.The operation conditions(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision length,suture removal time,hospital stay),wound healing and postoperative complications of the study group and the reference group were compared.Results The operation time of patients in the study group was(31.22±3.68)min,intraoperative blood loss(10.25±3.12)mL,incision length(2.11±1.02)cm,suture removal time(5.32±0.68)d,hospitalization time(5.41±0.76)d were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.732,11.958,21.559,7.988,8.254,P<0.001);The grade A healing rate of the study group was 88.88%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=20.000,P<0.001);The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 4.44%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.283,P=0.007).Conclusion The application of small incision appendicitis in patients with acute appendicitis can effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,shorten the hospital stay,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and promote the rapid recovery of patients.It has clinical use and promotion value.
