单纯放疗联合放化疗治疗结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的效果

Effect of Radiotherapy Combined with Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Extranodal NK/T Cell Lymphoma of the Nose

目的评价单纯放疗联合放化疗治疗结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的效果。方法从该院2016年5月—2017年10月收治的结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者中方便选择62例作为该次研究的对象,数字法随机分为研究组与对照组。研究组采用放化疗治疗,对照组采用单纯放疗治疗。治疗6个周期后,观察与比较两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率、临床疗效以及平均总生存时间。结果研究组患者平均总生存时间(30.42±2.82)个月长于对照组患者(23.10±2.79)个月,差异有统计学意义(t=3.762,P<0.05);治疗期间研究组不良反应发生率35.48%明显低于对照组51.61%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.703,P<0.05);研究组临床治疗有效率64.52%高于对照组41.94%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.836,P<0.05)。结论对结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者采用放化疗联合治疗可以延长患者的生存时间,临床疗效与安全性更高。

Objective To evaluate the effect of radiotherapy combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of extranodal nasal NK/T cell lymphoma.Methods The extranodal nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma patients who were admitted to the hospital from May 2016 to October 2017 were screened.62 cases were conveniently selected as the subjects of this study.Numerical methods were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the control group was treated with radiotherapy alone.After 6 cycles of treatment,observe and compare the incidence of adverse reactions,clinical efficacy and average overall survival time of the two groups during treatment.Results The average overall survival time of patients in the study group was(30.42±2.82)months,which was longer than that of patients in the control group(23.10±2.79)months,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.762,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group during treatment was 35.48%,which was lower than the control group 51.61%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.703,P<0.05);the clinical treatment effective rate of the study group was 64.52%,which was higher than the control group 41.94%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.836,P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for patients with extranodal nasal NK/T cell lymphoma can prolong the survival time of patients,and has higher clinical efficacy and safety.
