冠心病介入治疗术后连续性护理的临床意义分析

Analysis of Clinical Significance of Continuous Nursing after Coronary Heart Disease Interventional Therapy

目的分析冠心病介入治疗术后连续性护理的临床意义。方法选择2018年9月—2019年6月该院实施介入手术治疗的冠心病患者,随机抽取100例,采用随机抽签的方式划分组别,其中,对照组实施的护理措施为常规护理,研究组实施的护理措施为连续性护理。对组间的并发症发生率、患者的护理满意情况、焦虑与抑郁评分指标对比。结果研究组的并发症发生率(6.00%),焦虑评分(33.33±2.12)分、抑郁评分(34.12±2.22)分指标均低于对照组,且其护理总满意率(96.00%)指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,t=16.100、16.090,χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05)。结论在介入治疗过程中,对其冠心病患者配合应用连续性护理干预,能够在最大程度上降低其并发症率,可获得显著应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical significance of continuous nursing after interventional treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods Selected patients with coronary heart disease who underwent interventional surgery from September 2018 to June 2019 in the hospital.The patients were randomly selected 100 cases,and the groups were divided by random drawing.Among them,the nursing measures implemented by the control group were conventional nursing.The nursing measures implemented by the research group are continuous nursing.The complication rate between the groups,patient care satisfaction,anxiety and depression score index comparison.Results The complication rate(6.00%)of the study group and anxiety scores(33.33±2.12)points,depression scores(34.12±2.22)points indicators were lower than the control group,and its overall nursing satisfaction rate(96.00%)indicators were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.330,t=16.100,16.090,χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of interventional treatment,the continuous nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease can reduce the complication rate to the greatest extent and obtain significant application value.
