肝癌患者行术后早期进食护理对切口康复时间的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Early Postoperative Feeding Care for Patients with Liver Cancer on Incision Recovery Time

目的探讨肝癌患者行术后早期进食护理对切口康复时间的效果。方法方便选取2018年12月—2019年10月该院60例肝癌手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组术后实施常规饮食护理,观察组术后实施早期进食护理,比较术后并发症、术后恢复时间、营养状况指标、生活质量评分。结果术后并发症发生率观察组0.00%低于对照组13.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.286,P<0.05),术后首次排便、切口康复、住院时间观察组均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.140、4.137、4.086,P<0.05)。护理后,相比于对照组,观察组的白蛋白、血红蛋白均增高,差异有统计学意义(t=4.371、5.016,P<0.05),其生活质量评分各领域均增高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.819、3.901、4.653、3.990,P<0.05)。结论术后早期进食护理可降低肝癌患者术后并发症风险,促进术后切口康复,改善术后营养状况,提升生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of early postoperative feeding care for patients with liver cancer on the time of incision recovery.Methods From December 2018 to October 2019,convenient selection of 60 patients undergoing liver cancer surgery in the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine diet care after surgery,and the observation group received early feeding care after surgery.The postoperative complications were compared,as well as postoperative recovery time,nutritional status indicators,and quality of life scores.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 0.00%lower than that in the control group,13.33%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.286,P<0.05),and the first defecation,incision recovery,and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.140,4.137,4.086,P<0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,the observation group's albumin and hemoglobin increased,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.371,5.016,P<0.05),and its quality of life scores increased in all areas,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.819,3.901,4.653,3.990,P<0.05).Conclusion Early postoperative feeding care can reduce the risk of postoperative complications in patients with liver cancer,promote postoperative incision recovery,improve postoperative nutritional status,and improve the quality of life.
