防跌倒护理风险管理在精神科住院患者的应用效果和意义分析

The Application Effect and Significance Analysis of Fall Prevention Nursing Risk Management in Psychiatric Inpatients

目的探究防跌倒护理风险管理在精神科住院患者中的应用效果及意义。方法方便择取2018年6月—2019年10月期间该院收治的86例精神科住院患者参与研究,根据抽签法进行随机分组,包括对照组43例和观察组43例。对照组患者开展常规护理管理,观察组开展防跌倒护理风险管理,对两组患者护理前后简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)和SF-36生活质量量表评分,不同原因所致患者跌倒事件发生率、护理总满意度。结果开展护理管理干预后观察组患者BPRS评分(30.18±1.67)分低于对照组(38.65±1.54)分,生活质量评分(75.52±2.27)分高于对照组(70.23±2.16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=24.450、11.071,P<0.05);跌倒事件发生率4.65%显著低于对照组的20.93%,护理总满意度93.02%显著高于对照组76.74%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.108、4.440,P<0.05)。结论在精神科住院患者的风险管理中开展防跌倒护理干预可以有效提升患者护理安全性,对改善其病情和生活质量均有重要作用。

Objective To explore the application effect and significance of fall prevention nursing risk management in psychiatric inpatients.Methods A total of 86 psychiatric inpatients admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to October 2019 were convenient selected to participate in the study,and randomized according to the lottery method,including 43 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the observation group.The control group carried out routine nursing management,and the observation group carried out fall prevention nursing risk management.The two groups of patients were scored by the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)and SF-36 Quality of Life Scale before and after nursing,and the incidence of falls caused by different reasons,total nursing satisfaction.Results After the nursing management intervention,the BPRS score of the observation group was(30.18±1.67)points lower than the control group(38.65±1.54)points,and the quality of life score was(75.52±2.27)points higher than the control group(70.23±2.16)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=24.450,11.071,P<0.05);the incidence of falls was 4.65%significantly lower than 20.93%of the control group,and the total nursing satisfaction was 93.02%significantly higher than the control group 76.74%.The difference was statistically significant after comparison(χ^(2)=5.108,4.440,P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out fall prevention nursing intervention in the risk management of psychiatric inpatients can effectively improve the safety of patient care,and has an important role in improving their condition and quality of life.
