脾胃气虚型胃溃疡伴功能性消化障碍患者行四君子汤加减疗法的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Sijunzi Decoction on Patients with Gastric Ulcer with Spleen-stomach-qi Deficiency and Functional Digestive Disorder

目的脾胃气虚型胃溃疡伴功能性消化障碍患者行四君子汤加减疗法的效果分析。方法方便选取该院于2019年1—12月时段内收治的106例脾胃气虚型胃溃疡伴功能性消化障碍患者展开研究分析,以随机双盲法将53例纳为对照组,院内接受常规西药疗法,另53例纳为中医组,院内接受四君子汤加减疗法,比对分析两组的临床治疗总有效率、治疗前后中医证候评分、不良反应发生率。结果中医组临床治疗总有效率为96.23%,高于对照组的79.25%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.102,P<0.05);治疗后中医组中医证候评分(5.04±1.52)分低于对照组(8.23±1.45)分,组间差异有统计学意义(t=11.055,P<0.05);中医组不良反应发生率为3.77%,低于对照组的18.87%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.014,P<0.05)。结论脾胃气虚型胃溃疡伴功能性消化障碍患者院内应用四君子汤加减疗法,效果确切,且安全性较好。

Objective To analyse the effect of Sijunzi Decoction on patients with gastric ulcer due to spleen-stomach qi deficiency and functional digestive disorder.Methods Conveniently selected 106 patients with gastric ulcer of spleen-stomach-qi deficiency type gastric ulcer with functional digestive dysfunction who were admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019 for research and analysis.53 patients were included as a control group by randomized double-blind method,received conventional western medicine therapy,and the other 53 cases were accepted into the TCM group.The hospital received Sijunzi Decoction plus or minus therapy.The total effective rate of clinical treatment,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the TCM group was 96.23%,which was higher than 79.25%in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.102,P<0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the TCM group was(5.04±1.52)points,lower than the control group(8.23±1.45)points,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=11.055,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the TCM group was 3.77%,which was lower than the control group 18.87%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.014,P<0.05).Conclusion The in-hospital application of Sijunzi Decoction for patients with gastric ulcer due to spleen-stomach-qi deficiency and functional digestive disorder is effective and safe,and it is worthy of extensive application.
