一起由2种致泻性大肠埃希菌所致食物中毒的病原学鉴定 被引量:2

Etiological survey of a food poisoning caused by two kinds of diarrheagenic Escherichia coli

摘要 目的查明引起食物中毒病原菌,为明确食物中毒诊断提供依据。方法收集食物中毒患者及厨师肛拭样本、厨房炊具及操作台样本、饮用水样本进行病原菌致泻性大肠埃希菌(DEC)、沙门菌和霍乱弧菌的分离检测;DEC毒力基因检测采用PCR鉴定;黏附性检测采用Hep-2细胞黏附方法。结果食物中毒患者主要症状为腹痛、腹泻伴发热。从19份标本(患者肛拭样本12份,厨师肛拭样本4份,厨房炊具及操作台样本2份,饮用水样本1份)中检出7株D EC,肠道聚集性致泻大肠埃希菌(EAEC)6株,致病性大肠埃希菌(EPEC)1株,其中1患者同时检出2种食物中毒病原菌,检出率为31.58%,2厨师标本检出EAEC。结论综合流行病学调查、临床症状和实验室检测,确定本起食物中毒为2种致泻大肠埃希菌所致。 Objective To identify the pathogenic bacteria causing food poisoning and to provide basis for the diagnosis of food poisoning.Methods Anal swab samples of food poisoning patients and cooks,kitchen utensils and operating table samples,drinking water samples were collected for the isolation and detection of pathogenic Escherichia coli(DEC),Polymerase chain reaction(PC R)was used for detecting DEC virulence gene,Hep-2 cell adhesion method was used to detect adhesion.Results The main symptoms of food poisoning patients were abdominal pain,diarrhea and fever.7 DEC were detected from 19 samples(12 samples of patient's anal swab,4 samples of chefs anal swab,2 samples of kitchen utensils and operating table,1 sample of drinking water sample),including 6 strains of Enteroaggregative E.coli(EAEC)and 1 strain of Enteropathogenic E.coli(EPEC),and two kinds of pathogenic bacteria of food poisoning were detected in 1 patient,the detection rate was 31.58%,and EAEC was detected in two chef specimens.Conclusion According to epidemiological investigation,clinical symptoms and laboratory tests confirmed that the food poisoning was caused by two kinds of diarrhea Escherichia coli.
