目的探索建立一种更具有实用性和准确性的沙门菌快速检验方法在微生物检验中的应用。方法根据MiniVIDAS所具有的特点,从快易、简繁、便捷和实用等方面分析考量,建立一种MiniVIDAS快速检验方法,对食品、药品和保健食品中沙门菌进行检测,并将结果与国家标准法得出的结果进行比较分析。结果检测样品15份,被检样品经过8 h增菌培养后,培养物配制成一定浊度的菌悬液可直接经MiniVIDAS测定判读结果,与国家标准法的检验结果基本一致,准确可靠。MiniVIDAS快速检验法有较高的灵敏性,某些品种检出率甚至高于国家标准法,具有较高的时效性。结论该方法具有较好的实用性和准确性,特别适用在检验样品数量较大时,或在重大餐饮保障任务、重点节假日餐饮安全任务、案件侦查筛选证据等其他时效应急事件中可以较为快速地做出准确的筛查和判断。

Objective To explore a more practical and accurate rapid test method of Salmonella in the application of microbial testing. Methods According to the characteristics of Mini VIDAS with the consideration from the rapidity,simplicity,convenience and practicability aspects to establish a Mini VIDAS rapid inspection method,compare and analyze the results of using the Mini VIDAS rapid inspection method and the national standard method to test salmonella in food,medicine and health food.Results The results of 15 test samples show that after 8 h bacteria culture,the bacteria suspension of a certain turbidity made from the culture material can be determined and interpreted directly by Mini VIDAS. The test results are basically consistent with the results detected by using the national standard method which are accurate and reliable. Mini VIDAS rapid inspection method has a high sensitivity,in some cases the detection rate is even higher than the national standard method,thus has a high timeliness.Conclusion This method has an excellent practicality and accuracy especially when the number of test samples is large,or there are major catering security tasks,key holiday catering security tasks,food poisoning related cases investigation and evidence collection and other time-sensitive emergency events. In these situations,it can make accurate screening and judgment more quickly.
