杭州某地区育龄女性支原体感染现状及药敏分析 被引量:3

Analysis of mycoplasma infection and antibiotic susceptibility in women of childbearing age in an area of Hangzhou

摘要 目的了解本地区育龄妇女支原体感染现状及药敏分析,指导临床合理用药。方法收集2019年1月-10月妇科门诊患者生殖道标本1200份,对标本进行鉴定及药敏检测。结果1200份标本中共检出Uu127份(10.6%),Mh4份(0.3%),Uu+Mh混合感染61份(5.0%)。单纯U u感染的标本中仅对氧氟沙星和四环素耐药率较高,对其他药物敏感性较好。单纯M h感染的标本检出率较低,但是阳性标本的耐药情况要比单纯Uu感染标本强;混合感染标本对阿奇霉素、交沙霉素和氧氟沙星耐药率均为100%,对环丙沙星和四环素耐药率也较高。结论Uu是引起泌尿生殖道感染的主要支原体。单独Uu感染的标本药物耐药率最低;单独M h感染标本虽检出率较低,但是耐药现象较严重;混合感染标本耐药最为严重,治疗药物首选强力霉素、交沙霉素和红霉素,应合理用药避免药物滥用促进耐药发生。 Objective To understand the present situation of mycoplasma infection in women of childbearing age in this area and to analyze antibiotic susceptibility.M ethods The specimens of 1200 female out-patients from January to October 2019 were collected,and the specimens were identified and tested for antibiotic susceptibility.Results There were 127 cases of Uu(10.6%),4 cases of Mh(0.3%),61 cases of Uu+Mh(5.0%).In the samples infected by Uu alone,only the drug resistance rates of ofloxacin and tetracycline were higher,and the susceptibility to other drugs was better.The detection rate of samples infected with Mh alone was low,but the drug resistance of positive samples was stronger than that of samples infected with Uu alone.The resistance rates to azithromycin,crossthromycin and ofloxacin were 100%,and the resistance rates to ciprofloxacin and tetracycline were also high.Conclusion Uu is the main mycoplasma causing urogenital tract infection.The drug resistance rate of samples infected with Uu alone was the lowest.Although the detection rate of single Mh infection specimen is low,the drug resistance phenomenon is serious.Drug resistance of mixed infection specimens is the most serious,and doxycycline,xanthamycin and erythromycin are the first choice for treatment.Drug use should be reasonable to avoid drug abuse and promote drug resistance.
