摘要
课程改革和社会发展需求的不断变化对高校体育教师的教学能力提出了更高的要求。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、归纳法等研究方法,以胜任力为切入点对高校体育教师教学能力进行体系构建,并以此为依据提出高校体育教师胜任力发展的具体办法。结论:高校体育教师胜任力评价指标包括完善的知识体系和扎实的技能、与时俱进的思维认知和理解能力、组织管理与创新能力。高校体育教师胜任力的提升应以“自力更生为主,争取外援为辅”为思路,建立基于胜任力结构内容的合理考评体系、自主构建健全的个体职业素养、完善胜任力结构内容培训机制,进一步促进高校体育教育事业的发展。
Curriculum reform and the changing needs of social development put forward higher requirements for the teaching ability of college physical education teachers.By using the methods of literature review,logical analysis and induction,this paper constructs the teaching ability system of college physical education teachers from the perspective of competence,and puts forward the specific methods for the development of teachers'competency.Conclusion:the competency evaluation index of college physical education teachers includes perfect knowledge system and solid skills,the ability of thinking,cognition and understanding,the ability of organization and innovation.In order to promote the development of physical education in universities,it is necessary to establish a reasonable evaluation system based on the content of competency structure,build a sound individual professional quality,and improve the training mechanism of the content of competency structure.
