摘要
在过去10年里,肌肉肌醇(MI)在生理学领域被广泛应用研究。作为动物细胞的一种成分,MI在脂质信号传导、渗透压调节、葡萄糖和胰岛素的代谢等方面起重要生理作用。文章围绕MI的来源、吸收、代谢和生理功能进行论述,旨在为更加深入地研发应用MI、开发新型MI功能性添加剂和药物提供理论参考。
In the past decade,myo-inositol(MI)has been acquired the extensive application in the field of physiology.As a component of animal cells,MI plays an important physiological role in lipid signaling,osmotic pressure regulation,glucose and insulin metabolism.The source,absorption,metabolism and physiological function of MI were discussed in this paper,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the further research and application of MI,and the development of new MI functional additives and drugs.
