降低水钢电网综合损失率的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Reducing Total Loss Rate of Electricity Grid of Shuigang

本文主要分析水钢电网线路损失率现状,查找损失率高的原因,有针对性的采取措施并付诸实践,取得降低公司电费的直接经验效益,2018年以来最高损失率4.59%,降低至最低1.17%,2020年平均水平2.08%,在国内同类型老钢铁企业中已处于领先水平。

The current loss rate in circuit in electricity grid of Shuigang is analyzed,the causes of high loss rate are investigated,the countermeasures are taken and put into practice,the economic benefit of reducing the electricity charge of Shuigang is obtained.Since 2018,the loss rate has decreased from the highest value of 4.59%to the lowest value of 1.17%.The average loss rate in 2020 is 2.08%which is in the leading level among same type of old iron and steel enterprises in China.
