摘要
迁车台是翻车机系统的关键部分,负责车皮从重车线向空车线的转运。迁车台在使用过程中出现了行走轮打滑、啃道、卡滞,甚至脱轨的故障。为解决该类故障,提高迁车台的可靠性,从行走驱动装置的形状、尺寸、驱动方式等角度进行故障分析,并进行了改进。改进后的迁车台故障率减少,可靠性提高,有利于翻车机系统的正常高效运行。
The car moving platform is the key part in the car dumper system and responsible for transfer of the car from the heavy car railway to the empty car railway.In the operation of the moving platform,some faults that the traveling wheel slips,gnaws railway,gets stuck and even derails happen sometimes.In order to solve those kinds of faults and improve the reliability of the car moving platform,the faults are analyzed in terms of the shape,size,driving mode of the driving device and the improvement is carried out.After the improvement,the failure rate of the car moving platform decreases and its reliability increases,which are conducive to the normal and efficient operation of the car dumper system.
