摘要
国有土地承包经营管理系统具有查询统计、专题分析、数据上报、报表导出等高效便捷的优势。本文论述了国有土地承包经营管理系统的建设背景与意义、需求分析、总体架构、功能设计与实现,旨在为实现国有土地数字化、可视化、网络化、动态化管理,有效提升土地承包经营监管效率和管理水平提供借鉴参考。
The management system of state owned land contracting management has the advantages of inquiry statistics,specific analysis,data report,efficient and convenient function of exporting reports.This paper illustrated the construction backgrounds and significance of the system,demand analysis,overall framework,function design and implementation.It aims to realize digitalization,visualization,networking and dynamic management of state owned lands.It could promote the regulation efficiency and management levels of land contracting management.
