摘要 [目的/意义]用户利用信息查询系统完成探索式查询任务的过程也是不断调用帮助功能的过程,探索式查询与帮助功能之间存在着密切的关系。[方法/过程]文章围绕支持探索式查询的信息查询行为模型,采用文献调查法和文献分析法,收集、分析与信息查询系统帮助功能有关的研究成果。[结果/结论]归纳总结出一般的信息查询系统帮助功能设计知识和支持探索式查询的调查、联接、筛查、审阅、区分行为的帮助功能设计知识,并从中提出支持探索式查询的帮助功能设计原则。 [Purpose/Significance]The process of the user using the information search systems to complete the exploratory search task is also the process of constantly calling for the help feature.This paper aims to find the close relationship between the exploratory search and the help feature.[Method/Process]Based on the information search behavior model supporting exploratory search,this paper applies the literature review method to collect and analyze the research findings of the help feature of the information search systems.[Results/Conclusions]A knowledge system will be summarized about the general help feature of the information search systems and about the help feature of the information search systems for supporting exploratory search that supports surveying,chaining,filtering,browsing and differentiating,and some relative design principles will also be put forward.
