外固定架和使用内固定术在治疗创伤骨科中四肢骨折患者的应用研究

Application of External Fixator and Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Patients with Limb Fractures in Orthopedics Trauma

目的探讨对创伤骨折中四肢骨折患者使用外固定支架和使用内固定术治疗的效果。方法选取研究人员的时间为2019年2月—2020年2月,纳入74例该院收治的创伤骨折中四肢骨折患者,根据抽签法分组,各37例。对参照组实施内固定术治疗,对实验组实施外固定支架治疗。检验两组四肢骨折患者的手术相关指标水平、并发症发生率、治疗有效率以及生活质量评分。结果实验组四肢骨折患者的治疗有效率为97.30%(36/37),明显高于参照组四肢骨折患者的治疗有效率75.68%(28/37),组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.400,P<0.05);实验组四肢骨折患者的并发症发生率为5.41%(2/37),明显低于参照组四肢骨折患者的并发症发生率27.03%(10/37),组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.366,P<0.05);相比于实验组,参照组四肢骨折患者的骨折愈合时间、手术时间均较长,切口长度较长、出血量较多,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组四肢骨折患者的生活质量评分高于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对创伤骨折中四肢骨折患者实施外固定支架治疗的相关手术指标水平相比于实施内固定术治疗较优,有利于患者预后。

Objective To investigate the effects of external fixation and internal fixation on patients with limb fractures in trauma fractures.Methods The selection of researchers was from February 2019 to February 2020,and 74 patients with limb fractures in trauma fractures admitted to the hospital were enrolled and divided into groups according to the lottery method,with 37 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with internal fixation,and the experimental group was treated with external fixation.The level of operation-related indicators,complication rate,efficiency rate of treatment and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients with limb fractures were tested.Results The efficiency rate of treatment for patients with limb fractures in the experimental group was 97.30%(36/37)significantly higher than that of the reference group with 75.68%(28/37)for patients with limb fractures.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.400,P<0.05);the complication rate of patients with limb fractures in the experimental group was 5.41%(2/37),which was significantly lower than the complication rate of patients with limb fractures in the reference group of 27.03%(10/37).There were differences between groups Statistical significance(χ^(2)=6.366,P<0.05);Compared with the experimental group,the fracture healing time and operation time of patients with limb fractures in the reference group were longer the incision length was longer,and the amount of bleeding was more.There were statistical differences between the groups(P<0.05);The quality of life score of patients with limb fractures in the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with internal fixation,the level of related surgical indicators for the treatment of limb fractures in trauma fractures is better than that of internal fixation,which is beneficial to the prognosis of patients and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
