摘要
目的评价糖尿病合并脑出血患者接受钻孔微创血肿清除术的效果。方法选择该院于2019年1—10月收治的74例糖尿病合并脑出血患者展开研究,分组方式参照随机数字表法,37例归为实验组,剩余37例归为对照组。对照组患者行常规开颅手术治疗,实验组患者行钻孔微创血肿清除术治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗有效率以及治疗前后的生活质量、神经功能缺损评分。结果实验组患者的临床治疗有效率为91.89%,明显高于对照组的72.97%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.573,P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者生活质量与神经功能缺损评分较为接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的生活质量评分、神经功能缺损评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并脑出血患者接受钻孔微创清除术,临床效果较为确切,而且可以改善患者的神经功能,对患者预后发展有积极作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of drilling minimally invasive hematoma removal in diabetic patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Selected 74 diabetic cerebral hemorrhage patients admitted to the hospital from January to October 2019 to start the study.The grouping method was based on the random number table.37 cases were classified as the experimental group,and the remaining 37 cases were classified as the control group;the patients underwent conventional craniotomy,and the experimental group underwent drilling and minimally invasive hematoma removal.The clinical treatment efficiency,quality of life and neurological deficit scores before and after treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The clinical treatment effective rate of the experimental group was 91.89%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 72.97%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.573,P<0.05);the quality of life and neurological deficit scores of the two groups of patients before treatment were relatively close,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the quality of life scores and neurological impairment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with diabetic intracerebral hemorrhage undergoing minimally invasive removal of boreholes have a relatively accurate clinical effect,and can improve the patient's neurological function,which has a positive effect on the prognosis of patients.
