妊娠期糖尿病危险因素及对妊娠结局影响的研究

Study on the Risk Factors of Gestational Diabetes and Its Influence on Pregnancy Outcome

目的分析妊娠期糖尿病的危险因素及其对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2019年1—7月期间该院就诊的90例妊娠期糖尿病产妇为观察组,90名正常产妇为对照组。分析妊娠期糖尿病的高危因素,并比较两组产妇的妊娠结局。结果相比对照组,观察组产妇的家族糖尿病病史比例、35岁以上比例、体质量指数超标比例和不良妊娠史比例均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组产妇及新生儿的围生期并发症发生率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病的高危因素主要包括合并糖尿病家族史、超过35岁妊娠、体质量指数超标和合并不良妊娠史,妊娠期糖尿病会显著增加母婴围生期并发症风险。

Objective To analyze the risk factors of gestational diabetes and its influence on pregnancy outcome.Methods 90 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who visited the hospital from January to July 2019 were selected as the observation group and 90 normal pregnant women as the control group.Analyze the high-risk factors of gestational diabetes,and compare the pregnancy outcomes of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the proportion of family diabetes mellitus,the proportion of over 35 years old,the proportion of excess body mass index and the proportion of bad pregnancy history in the observation group were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of perinatal complications in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-risk factors of gestational diabetes mainly include family history of diabetes,pregnancy over 35 years of age,excessive body mass index and history of adverse pregnancy,and the gestational diabetes will significantly increase the risk of perinatal complications in mothers and infants.
