依帕司他联合复方丹参滴丸治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效研究

Clinical Efficacy Study of Epalrestat Combined with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的研究探讨依帕司他联合复方丹参滴丸治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法该院于2019年1—12月开展临床实验,将期间收诊的符合实验要求的90例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为临床研究对象,将其分为实验组和对照组,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果治疗后经统计发现,实验组患者的临床治疗效率为95.56%,而对照组临床治疗效率为77.78%,实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.154,P<0.05)。治疗后,血糖水平均有所好转,但是实验组要优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经过临床实验研究,发现将依帕司他与复方丹参滴丸联合使用,针对2型糖尿病周围神经病变进行治疗,能够显著提升治疗效果。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of epalrestat combined with compound Danshen dripping pills in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods The hospital carried out clinical trials from January to December 2019.90 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy who met the requirements of the experiment were treated as clinical research subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group,a comparative analysis of the treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,statistics found that the clinical treatment efficiency of the experimental group was 95.56%,while that of the control group was 77.78%.The experimental group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.154,P<0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose level improved,but the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After clinical experimental research,it was found that the combined use of epalrestat and compound Danshen dripping pills can significantly improve the therapeutic effect for type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
