摘要
内蒙古西部地区架空输电线路设计依据典型气象区域风速取值,不能有效指导架空线路防风设计工作。对此分析了内蒙古电网风害故障分布特征,统计蒙西地区近30年气象数据,采取极值Ⅰ型分布概率模型计算得到了内蒙古电网30年、50年和100年重现期最大风速,提出了内蒙古电网风区分级标准,绘制了内蒙古电网风区分布图。在此基础上,针对不同电压等级架空输电线路设计基本风速取值,以及微地形、极端气象灾害区域风速取值提出建议。
The line design in West Inner Mongolia is based on the typical meteorological area wind speed values,and cannot effectively guide the wind protection design of overhead lines.The distribution characteristics of wind damage in Inner Mongolia Power Grid are analyzed.The meteorological data of West Inner Mongolia in the past 30 years are counted.The extreme value Ⅰ-type distribution probability model is adopted to complete the calculation of the maximum wind speed in the 30-year,50-year and 100-year recurrence period of Inner Mongolia Power Grid.Inner Mongolia Power Grid wind region classification standard is proposed,drawing the distribution map of Inner Mongolia Power Grid wind region.On this basis,the basic wind speed value requirements for the design of overhead lines of different voltage levels are given,and the wind speed value recommendations for areas with micro terrain and extreme meteorological disasters are propested.
