摘要 针对某500 kV变电站在巡检过程中发现的避雷器绝缘缺陷,通过对比避雷器出厂试验、交接试验及巡检例行试验数据,初步判断为避雷器受潮。返厂对避雷器解体后,对防爆板、内部芯体、主要部件外绝缘筒进行了检测,发现明显放电痕迹,对内部芯体单元进行绝缘试验,最终判断为生产工艺问题导致避雷器内部严重受潮,引发其内部树枝状放电。对此提出加强对新投运设备的运行维护管理等预防措施。 In view of the insulation defects in the first inspection process of a 500 kV substation,it is initially judged that the cause of it that the arrester is damp through the arrester factory test,handover test and routine inspection test.The explosion-proof board,the inner core body and the outer insulation cylinder of the main parts are tested after the disassembly at the factory,where obvious discharge trace is found,and the insulation test of the inner core unit is carried out.The final judgment is that the problem of production technology causes serious damp inside the arrester and leads to serious internal tree-like discharge.In this regard,preventive measures such as improving the operation and maintenance management of new equipment are proposed.
