基于ANSYS水电机组过流场特性分析

摘要 水流在水轮机内部的流动是一种扭曲、复杂的空间运动,且由于实际运行中的各种因素影响,往往会产生空化空蚀、压力脉动等现象,严重影响机组的安全稳定运行。应用ANSYS软件建立机组全流道三维几何模型,并进行网格划分。采用Fluent 17.0软件,对某电站机组进行数值模拟计算,分析蜗壳、导叶、转轮及尾水管等过流部件内部压力场、速度场的分布规律,与理论分析情况相符。作为水轮机优化设计辅助手段,该方法可预估水轮机内部的流动规律。 Flow of water in turbine is a distorted and complex spatial movement.Cavitation and pressure fluctuation often occur due to various factors in actual operation,which seriously affect the safe and stable operation of the unit.ANSYS software is used to establish the three-dimensional geometric model of the full flow channel of the unit and to divide the grid.Fluent 17.0 software is used to carry out numerical simulation calculation for a power plant unit.Distribution laws of pressure and velocity fields in overcurrent components such as volute,guide vane,runner and draft tube are analyzed,which are in accordance with theoretical analysis.As an auxiliary method for turbine optimization design,this method can predict the flow law inside the turbine.
