皮瓣游离固定术联合亚甲蓝皮下注射治疗混合痔合并湿疹患者的疗效观察

Free Flap Fixation Combined with Hypodermic Injection of Methylene Blue in the Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids Complicated with Eczema:Effect Observation

为观察皮瓣游离固定术联合亚甲蓝皮下注射治疗混合痔合并湿疹患者的临床疗效,将混合痔合并湿疹患者60例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采用外剥内扎术联合亚甲蓝混合液皮下注射治疗,观察组患者采用皮瓣游离固定术联合亚甲蓝皮下注射治疗,比较2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、肛缘水肿时间、创面愈合时间、痔核脱落时间、住院时间及术后并发症发生率。结果显示,观察组患者术中出血量、肛缘水肿时间、创面愈合时间及痔核脱落时间均少于或短于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,皮瓣游离固定术联合亚甲蓝皮下注射治疗混合痔合并湿疹患者,可促进创面愈合,降低术后并发症发生率。

This study was to observe the clinical effect of free flap fixation combined with hypodermic inection of methylene blue in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids complicated with eczema,randomly divided60 cases met above conditions into control group(30 cases,treated with external dissection &internal ligation combined with hypodermical injection of methylene blue mixture solution)and observation group(30 cases,with free flap fixation combined with hypodermic injection of methylene blue);then,compared both groups’ operating time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative complication incidence;as well as the time for ano-edge edema,for wound-surface healing,for hemorrhoids core lost,and for hospitalization.As resutls,except for postoperative incidence of complication being lower than control group(P <0.05),aobve-mentioned rest indexes were less or shorter than control group(P <0.05,all).Results show that free flap fixation can more promote healing of wound-surface,reduce postoperative complication incidence than routine external dissection &internal ligation.
