美沙拉嗪治疗慢性复发性溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

Effect Observation on Mesalazine in the Treatment of Chronic Recurrent Ulcerative Colitis

为观察美沙拉嗪治疗慢性慢性复发性溃疡结肠炎患者的疗效,将慢性复发性溃疡性结肠炎患者130例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组65例。对照组患者采用美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上应用美沙拉嗪栓剂进行治疗,比较2组患者的疗效及血性腹泻、里急后重、呕吐及腹痛消失时间。结果显示,观察组患者显效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者血性腹泻、里急后重、呕吐及腹痛消失时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,慢性复发性溃疡性结肠炎患者应用美沙拉嗪栓剂可以有效增加机体肠道中药物的浓度,加速患者临床症状消失,缩短疗程,同时患者用药后安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to observe the effect of mesalazine in the treatment chronic recurrent ulcerative colitis(UC),randomly divided 130 chronic recurrent UC patients into control group(65 cases,orally administered mesalazine enteric-coated tablets)and observation group(65 cases,mesalazine enteric-coated tablets plus its suppository);then,compared both groups’ effect,and the disappeared time for bloody diarrhea,for tenesmus,for vomiting,as well for abdominal pain.As results,in excellently effective rate,and in the disappeared time for above-mentioned symptoms observation group was significantly and respectively higher,and shorter than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that the suppository can effectively increase the mesalazine level in intestinal tract,accelerate symptoms disappeared,shorten treatment course,and has high medication safety,thus it is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
