热毒宁联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿急性秋季腹泻的疗效观察

Reduning Combined with Zinc Gluconate in the Treatment of Infantile Acute Autumn Diarrhea:Effect Observation

为观察热毒宁联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿急性秋季腹泻的疗效,将220例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组110例。对照组患儿采用热毒宁治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗,比较2组患儿的疗效,退热时间、止泻时间、腹痛消失时间、大便恢复正常时间、治愈时间及并发症发生情况。结果显示,观察组患儿临床总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05),退热时间、止泻时间、腹痛消失时间、大便恢复正常时间、治愈时间均短于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,急性秋季腹泻患儿使用热毒宁联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗,可有效缓解患儿的临床症状,减少并发症的发生,疗效显著。

This study was to observe the effect of Reduning(a TCM formula)combined with Zinc gluconate in the treatment of infantile acute autumn diarrhea(IAAD),randomly divided 220 IAAD patients into control group(110 cases,administered Reduning)and observation group(110 cases,Reduning plus Zinc gluconate);then,compared both groups’ effect,the time for deferscence,for diarrhea stopped,for abdominal pain disappeared,for defecation turned to normal,and for cured;as well as complication status.As results,in total effective rate,in the time for above-mentioned all items,as well as in complication incidence,observation group was respectively higher,shorter,as well as lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that for IAAD pediatric patients the combined medication of Reduning and Zinc gluconate can effectively relieve their clinical symptoms,reduce complication,and effect is significant.
