耳穴压籽疗法在痔术后疼痛护理中的应用

Application of Seed-pressing on Ear Point Therapy in Nursing of Pain after Hemorrhoids Operation

为观察耳穴压籽疗法在痔术后疼痛护理中的应用效果,将行痔手术患者140例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。对照组患者术后采用常规疼痛护理,观察组患者在此基础上采用耳穴压籽疗法,比较2组患者的止痛效果。结果显示,观察组患者总有效率为94.28%,明显高于对照组的82.86%,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者术后12h、24h的疼痛评分均低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,在痔术后患者中采用耳穴压籽疗法止痛效果显著。

To observe the application effect of seed-pressing on ear point therapy in nursing of pain after hemorrhoid operation,140 patients undergoing hemorrhoid surgery were randomly divided into control group(n =70,routine pain nursing after operation)and observation group(n =70,seed-pressing on ear point therapy based on control group),the analgesic effect was compared in 2 groups.As results,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(94.28%vs 82.86%,P <0.05);the pain score ratings of 12 h,24 hafter operation in observation group were lower than those in control group(P <0.05).The results show that the analgesic effect of seed-pressing on ear point therapy is significant on the patients after hemorrhoids operation.
