系统性护理干预对小儿肛周脓肿术后的效果观察

Effect Observation of Systematic Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Perianal Abscess in Infants

为观察系统性护理干预对小儿肛周脓肿术后的效果,将80例肛周脓肿患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组患儿术后给予常规护理,观察组患儿术后在对照组基础上给予系统性护理干预,比较2组患儿术后创面愈合时间,术后5h、12h、1d、2d的疼痛评分以及术后3d、6d、9d的排尿情况。结果显示,观察组患儿术后创面愈合时间短于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患儿术后5h、12h、1d、2d疼痛评分和术后3d、6d、9d排尿评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,采用系统性护理干预可促进小儿肛周脓肿术后创面愈合,减轻疼痛,改善排尿障碍,效果确切。

To observe the effect of systemic nursing intervention on postoperative perianal abscess(PA)in infants,80 infants with PA were randomly divided into control group(n=40,routine nursing after operation)and observation group(n =40,systematic nursing intervention based on control group),the wound healing time,the pain score at 5 h,12 h,1 d,2 dafter operation,and urination at 3 d,6 d,9 dafter operation were compared between the two groups.As results,the wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P <0.05).The pain score at 5 h,12 h,1 d,2 dafter operation,and the urination score at 3 d,6 d,9 dafter operation were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).The results show that systemic nursing intervention has a definite effect,it could promote wound healing,relieve pain and improve dysuria on postoperative PA in infants.
