Beclin1和Ki67在肺腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的探讨自噬相关蛋白Beclin1与Ki67在肺腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法纳入100例肺腺癌患者,收集术中肺腺癌患者癌组织及癌旁组织,采用免疫组化法检测癌组织及癌旁组织Beclin1、Ki67的表达情况。分析癌组织Beclin1蛋白表达与临床病理特征、Ki67表达的关系。结果癌组织Beclin1蛋白阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。Beclin1蛋白阳性的癌组织中Ki67表达水平高于Beclin1蛋白阴性的癌组织(P<0.05)。癌组织Beclin1蛋白表达阳性和阴性的患者各临床病理特征差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论Beclin1蛋白在肺腺癌组织中高表达,且与Ki67的表达关系密切。Beclin1或通过促进癌细胞的增殖参与肺腺癌的发生和发展。 Objective To investigate the expression of autophagy related proteins Beclin1 and Ki67 in lung adenocarcinoma tissues and its clinical significance.Methods One hundred patients with lung adenocarcinoma were enrolled,then cancer and adjacent tissues were collected from these lung adenocarcinoma patients during operation,and the expression of Beclin1 and Ki67 in cancer and adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship of cancer tissue Beclin1 protein expression with clinicopathological features or Ki67 expression was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of Beclin1 protein in cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).Cancer tissues with positive Beclin1 protein presented a higher Ki67 expression level than cancer tissues with negative Beclin1 protein(P<0.05).Clinicopathological characteristics showed no statistically significant difference between patients with negative and positive Beclin1 protein expression in cancer tissues(all P>0.05).Conclusion Beclin1 protein is highly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma tissues,and is closely related to Ki67 expression.Beclin1 involves in the occurrence and progression of lung adenocarcinoma probably via promoting the proliferation of cancer cells.
