口腔种植牙修复牙列缺损的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Dental Implants in Repairing Dentition Defects

目的探究对牙列缺损患者施行口腔种植牙修复治疗的效果。方法随机将2017年2月—2019年5月该院98例牙列缺损患者分为对照组(49例,施行传统固定义齿修复治疗)、观察组(49例,施行口腔种植牙修复治疗)。均随访1年,对比两组总有效率、牙龈指数(GI)评分、牙菌斑指数(PLI)评分、龈沟出血指数(SBI)评分、满意度评分及并发症发生率。结果观察组总有效率(95.92%)高于对照组(81.63%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.018,P<0.05);观察组治疗后GI评分(0.78±0.26)分、PLI评分(0.82±0.25)分、SBI评分(1.04±0.25)分均较对照组[(1.24±0.20)分、(1.23±0.30)分、(1.64±0.36)分]更低,差异有统计学意义(t=9.816、7.349、9.583,P<0.05);观察组满意度评分(86.24±2.78)分较对照组(70.85±2.58)分更高,差异有统计学意义(t=28.404,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(8.16%)低于对照组(24.49%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.781,P<0.05)。结论对牙列缺损患者施行口腔种植牙修复治疗的效果更佳,患者满意度更高,且对牙周健康影响更小,安全性更高。

Objective To explore the effect of dental implant restoration treatment on patients with dentition defect.Methods From February 2017 to May 2019,98 patients with dentition defect in the hospital were randomly divided into the control group(49 cases,underwent traditional fixed tooth restoration treatment)and the observation group(49 cases,underwent oral implant restoration treatment).All were followed up for 1 year,and the total effective rate,gingival index(GI)score,plaque index(PLI)score,gingival crevicular bleeding index(SBI)score,satisfaction score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.92%)was higher than that of the control group(81.63%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.018,P<0.05);The observation group's GI score(0.78±0.26)points,PLI score(0.82±0.25)points,and SBI score(1.04±0.25)points after treatment were all compared with the control group[(1.24±0.20)points,(1.23±0.30)points,(1.64±0.36)points]lower,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.816,7.349,9.583,P<0.05);The satisfaction score of the observation group(86.24±2.78)points was higher than that of the control group(70.85±2.58)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=28.404,P<0.05);the observation group’s complication rate(8.16%)was lower In the control group(24.49%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.781,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of oral implant restoration treatment on patients with dentition defect is better,patient satisfaction is higher,and the impact on periodontal health is less,and the safety is higher.
