聚肌胞肌肉注射联合中药方内服外用治疗面部难治性扁平疣疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Polyinosity Intramuscular Injection Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine for Internal and External Use in the Treatment of Refractory Flat Warts

目的探讨面部难治性扁平疣应用聚肌胞肌肉注射与中药方内服外用联合治疗的临床疗效。方法选择该院2017年3月—2019年3月收治的面部难治性扁平疣患者76例进行分组研究,用随机双盲法分为观察组与对照组,每组38例。对照组用聚肌胞肌肉注射治疗,观察组则加用中药方内服外用联合治疗。两组均随访1年以上,比较两组临床效果、不良反应、患者对面部治疗满意率以及随访1年时复发率。结果观察组总有效率为97.37%,明显高于对照组的81.58%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.687,P<0.05);观察组不良反应率稍低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.006,P>0.05);观察组患者对面部治疗满意率为94.74%,显著高于对照组的73.68%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.403,P<0.05);观察组随访1年时复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05)。结论面部难治性扁平疣应用聚肌胞肌肉注射联合中药方内服外用治疗,相比单一聚肌胞肌肉注射治疗,可提高疗效,减少复发,使得患者对面部治疗更满意,且安全性好。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment of refractory flat warts on the face with polyinosity intramuscular injection and traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 76 patients with refractory flat warts on the face who were admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected for group study.They were divided into observation group and control group by random double-blind method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with polyinosity intramuscular injection,and the observation group was treated with a combination of traditional Chinese medicine for internal and external use.Both groups were followed up for more than 1 year to compare the clinical effects,adverse reactions,patient satisfaction rate with facial treatment,and recurrence rate at 1 year follow-up.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%,which was significantly higher than 81.58%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.687,P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was slightly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.006,P>0.05);the satisfaction rate of the patients in the face treatment group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than 73.68%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.403,P<0.05);the recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of refractory flat warts on the face with intramuscular injection of polyinosity combined with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the curative effect and reduce recurrence compared with intramuscular injection of polyinosity alone,which makes the patient more satisfied with facial treatment and has good safety.
