肺部孤立性球形病变行螺旋CT诊断的价值

The Value of Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Solitary Spherical Lung Lesions

目的分析肺部孤立性球形病变患者行螺旋CT诊断的价值。方法纳入该院于2019年1—12月时段内收治的118例肺部孤立性球形病变患者为研究对象,以手术病理检查结果为金标准,分别对患者行螺旋CT诊断、普放诊断,对比螺旋CT、普放在肺部孤立性球形病变临床方面的检出率以及诊断敏感度、特异性。结果螺旋CT良性肿瘤、肺癌、肺结核检出率为95.65%、100.00%、93.94%,普放组良性肿瘤、肺癌、肺结核检出率为76.09%、60.00%、75.76%,CT检查结果优于普放结果,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.256、7.500、4.243,P<0.05);CT诊断敏感度为96.23%,高于普放诊断的82.47%;CT诊断特异性为89.03%,高于普放诊断的85.33%。结论相对比普放检查而言,螺旋CT在肺部孤立性球形病变患者临床诊断中有较好的应用价值,可以对患者病情作出准确诊断,漏诊、误诊风险性较小,可以为患者的治疗提供有价值的参考资料。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of spiral CT in patients with solitary spherical lung lesions.Methods 118 patients with solitary spherical lung lesions admitted in the hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were included as the research object.The results of surgical pathology were used as the gold standard.The patients were diagnosed by spiral CT and generalized.Radiographic diagnosis,comparing the clinical detection rate,diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of spiral CT and generalized solitary spherical lesions of the lung.Results The detection rates of benign tumors,lung cancer,and tuberculosis with spiral CT were 95.65%,100.00%,and 93.94%.The detection rates of benign tumors,lung cancer and tuberculosis in the general radiography group were 76.09%,60.00%,and 75.76%.The results of CT examination were superior of general radiotherapy,were statistically significantly difference(χ^(2)=7.256,7.500,4.243,P<0.05);the sensitivity of CT diagnosis was 96.23%,which was higher than 82.47%of general radiotherapy;CT diagnosis specificity was 89.03%,which was higher than 85.33%of general radiotherapy diagnosis.Conclusion Compared with general radiography,spiral CT has better application value in the clinical diagnosis of patients with solitary spherical lesions of the lung.It can make accurate diagnosis of the patient's condition,and has less risk of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.The treatment provides valuable reference materials.
