分析慢性牙髓炎患者采用不同根管充填治疗方案对临床效果的影响

Analysis of the Impact of Different Root Canal Filling Treatments on the Clinical Effect of Patients with Chronic Pulpitis

目的为了提高根管治疗的成功率,观察采用热牙胶垂直加压治疗慢性牙髓炎根管充填的疗效。方法在该院2017年3月—2019年3月治疗的慢性牙髓炎患者中选取100例作为研究对象,按照随机、双盲、对照原则将其平均分组,其中接受冷牙胶侧方加压根管充填治疗的50例患者设为对照组,接受热牙胶垂直加压根管充填治疗的50例患者设为观察组,比例两组根管填充效果及根管治疗的成功率。结果观察组和对照组患者治疗后根管恰填率分别为96.00%(48/50)和66.00%(33/50),与对照组相比观察组患者治疗后根管恰填率明显增加,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.620,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后牙周和根尖疼痛发生率[16.00%(8/50)和10.00%(5/50)]明显低于对照组患者治疗后牙周和根尖疼痛发生率[36.00%(18/50)和28.00%(14/50)],组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)牙周=5.200,χ^(2)牙尖=5.260,P<0.05)。结论慢性牙髓炎患者采用热牙胶垂直加压根管充填治疗,能够增加根管壁和充填物的致密性,减少超填和欠填,提高充填质量,是根管治疗成功率明显提高,效果显著。

Objective In order to improve the success rate of root canal treatment,observe the effect of using hot gutta-percha vertical compression to treat chronic pulpitis with root canal filling.Methods 100 patients with chronic pulpitis treated in the hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into groups according to the randomized,double-blind,and controlled principle.Among them,they received cold gutta-percha 50 patients treated with root canal filling treatment were set as the control group,and 50 patients receiving hot gutta-percha vertical compression root canal filling treatment were set as the observation group.The ratio of the root canal filling effect and the success rate of root canal treatment between the two groups was proportioned.Results The root canal fit rate of the observation group and the control group after treatment were 96.00%(48/50)and 66.00%(33/50),respectively.The filling rate was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.620,P<0.05);the incidence of periodontal and apical pain[16.00%(8/50)and 10.00%(5/50)]in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment of the incidence of periodontal and apical pain[36.00%(18/50)and 28.00%(14/50)],the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)periodontal=5.200,χ^(2)cusp=5.260,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of hot gutta-percha vertical compression root canal filling treatment in patients with chronic pulpitis can increase the density of the root canal wall and filling,reduce overfilling and underfilling,and improve the quality of filling,which significantly increases the success rate of root canal treatment,the effect is remarkable.
