舒适护理在院前急救护理中的运用分析

Application Analysis of Comfort Nursing in Emergency Nursing before Hospital

目的对院前急救护理中的运用舒适护理的效果进行分析。方法利用分组研究法对该急救中心在2018年10月—2019年10月拨打急救电话的100例患者进行研究,对比组患者(n=50)行常规院前急救护理,研究组患者(n=50)在常规院前急救护理基础上行舒适护理,对比两组患者最终护理结果。结果研究组患者护理后心理状态明显好于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者最终护理满意度98.00%高于对比组患者最终护理满意度84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05);研究组患者护理后生活质量明显好于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论院前急救护理中的运用舒适护理的效果显著,患者接受护理后不良情绪有效缓解,临床各项指标良好,患者接受护理后生活质量得到提升。

Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing in pre-hospital emergency nursing.Methods Using the group research method to study 100 patients who dialed emergency calls from the emergency center from October 2018 to October 2019,patients in the comparison group(n=50)received routine pre-hospital emergency care,and patients in the study group(n=50)adopted comfortable care based on routine pre-hospital emergency care,and compare the final care results of the two groups of patients.Results The psychological state of patients in the study group after nursing was significantly better than that in the comparison group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);98.00%of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the comparison group in the final care satisfaction of 84.00%,which was statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05);the quality of life of patients in the study group after nursing was significantly better than that of the control group,which was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comfort care in pre-hospital emergency care is significant.Bad mood is effectively relieved after receiving care,various clinical indicators are good,and the quality of life of patients after receiving care is improved.
