中医护理在肛肠病术后疼痛护理应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Postoperative Pain Nursing of Anorectal Diseases

目的肛肠病手术患者应用中医护理对术后疼痛护理效果情况分析。方法选取该院2018年12月—2019年12月诊治肛肠病手术90例患者资料,按随机数表分两组,对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以中医护理,分析两组症状评分、疼痛度与心理指标情况。结果干预后,研究组大便干结(0.95±0.46)分、排便紧迫(0.83±0.36)分、排便不尽(0.86±0.35)分等症状评分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=5.096、8.875、6.452,P<0.05);研究组疼痛度(1.83±0.65)分比对照组(3.29±1.05)分低,差异有统计学意义(t=7.931,P<0.05);研究组SAS(36.29±3.89)分、SDS(35.62±3.85)分等心理指标,均比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(t=7.515、6.648,P<0.05)。结论肛肠病手术患者应用中医护理干预,能有效改善患者临床症状,缓解其疼痛度与心理状态。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on postoperative pain in patients undergoing anorectal surgery.Methods The data of 90 patients undergoing anorectal surgery in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 wereselected and divided into two groups according to a random number table.The control group was given routine care and the study group was given traditional Chinese medicine care.The two groups were analyzed for symptom scores and pain levels situation with psychological indicators.Results After intervention,the symptom scores of dry stool(0.95±0.46)points,urgent defecation(0.83±0.36)points,and incomplete defecation(0.86±0.35)points in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.096,8.875,6.452,P<0.05);the pain degree(1.83±0.65)points of the study group was lower than the control group(3.29±1.05)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.931,P<0.05);the study group had SAS(36.29±3.89)points and SDS(35.62±3.85)points grading psychological indicators were all better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.515,6.648,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention for patients with anorectal diseases can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,relieve their pain and psychological state,and have certain clinical application value.
